Unless a different mandatory law applies, these Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tunis, Tunisia, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you non-waivable rights, this clause applies only to the extent permitted by your local laws.
